Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Alchemicity ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. The Service

Alchemicity is an AI-powered book drafting platform. We provide specialist AI agents that help you structure, draft, and refine manuscripts from your existing content. The Service includes voice analysis, research compilation, drafting, quality review, and manuscript export.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.

4. Content Ownership & Data Rights

• You can export your work at any time in Markdown, Word, PDF, or EPUB format.
• We do not use your content to train AI models.
• We do not claim any ownership or license over your manuscripts or source materials.
• If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Payment & Pricing

Alchemicity uses per-book pricing with no subscriptions. Prices are listed on our pricing page and are charged once per project. The Book Blueprint tier is free and requires no payment.

Paid tiers (Blueprint $349, Manuscript $699, Authority $1,499) are one-time payments. Additional revision rounds can be purchased separately.

6. Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your first drafted chapter, request a full refund before we continue. No questions asked. Once you approve Chapter 1 and we proceed, the project is non-refundable. See our full Refund Policy for details.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to produce content that violates any law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI systems or prompts.
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
• Upload content you do not have the rights to use.

8. AI-Generated Content

Alchemicity uses AI to assist in the drafting process. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication. The Service maintains a complete decision log showing your editorial direction at every step.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project in question.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days before it is permanently deleted.
