If you're not satisfied with your first drafted chapter, request a full refund before we continue. No questions asked. Once you approve Chapter 1 and we proceed, the project is non-refundable.

How It Works

Before Chapter 1 approval

Full refund available. No questions asked. Simply contact us and we'll process your refund within 5 business days.

After Chapter 1 approval

Once you approve the first chapter and the project continues, the project is non-refundable. The agents have committed significant work to your voice profile, research, and structure.

Free Blueprint tier

The Book Blueprint is always free. No payment, no risk. See your concept, voice analysis, and structure before committing to a paid tier.

What You Keep

Regardless of refund status, you always keep access to:

  • Your uploaded source materials (these are never modified).
  • Your voice analysis and profile.
  • Any Book Blueprint output generated.
  • Your account and ability to start new projects.

Additional Revision Rounds

Purchased revision rounds are non-refundable once used. Unused revision rounds can be refunded upon request.

Referral Credits & Discounts

Referral credits and discount codes are applied at the time of purchase. If a refund is issued, the original discount or credit is voided and cannot be reused.

How to Request a Refund

The fastest way: open the project menu on your dashboard and choose Request refund. Work on the project pauses while we process it, and most refunds are approved within one business day.

For partial refunds, refunds of additional revision rounds, or anything outside the one-click window, email support@alchemicity.com with your account email and project name.

Data ownership is unconditional

Whether you receive a refund or not, you own everything you created with Alchemicity. Your manuscript, your voice profile, your research — export anytime. We never train on your work.
